Isaiah 40:2
Speak ye to the lev Yerushalayim, 1 and preach unto her, 1 that her tzeva'a (time of hard service, warfare) is ended, 1 that her avon (iniquity) is nirtzah (punitively paid for, pardoned); 1 for she hath received of the Yad Hashem kiflayim (double) 1 in payment for all her chattot. 1
