Isaiah 45:13

I have aroused him + 45:13 Cyrus in tzedek, 1 and I will make straight all the darkhei of him; 1 he shall rebuild my city, 1 and he shall release of the Golus of Mine, 1 not for price nor reward, 1 saith Hashem Tzva'os. 1
