Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O Bat Tziyon, 1 like a woman in labor; 1 for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, 1 and thou shalt dwell in the sadeh, 1 and thou shalt go even to Babylon; 1 there shalt thou be rescued; 1 there Hashem shall redeem thee 1 from the hand of thine oyvim (enemies). 1
