כִּי שָׁמֵן לֵב־הָעָם הַזֶּה וְאָזְנָיו כָּבְדוּ מִשְּׁמוֹעַ וְאֶת־עֵינָיו הֵשַׁע פֶּן־יִרְאֶה בְעֵינָיו וּבְאָזְנָיו יִשְׁמָע וּלְבָבוֹ יָבִין וָשָׁב וְאֶרְפָּאֵהוּ׃
