Acts 28:27

För detta folks hjärta är förstockat (tjockt, hårt, känslokallt). De hör illa med sina öron och sluter sina ögon, så att de inte ser med ögonen eller hör med öronen eller förstår med hjärtat och vänder om så att jag får hela dem. [Citat från Jes 6:9-10. For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.
