Deuteronomy 32:21

They have moved Me to jealousy 1 with that which is lo El (not G-d), 1 they have provoked Me to anger with their vanities; 1 and I will move them to jealousy with those which are lo Am (a non-people); 1 I will provoke them to anger with a goy naval (foolish, senseless nation). + 32:21 Ro 10:19 1
