Isaiah 11:12

And He shall raise up a nes (banner) + 11:12 banner i.e., send a signal for the Goyim, 1 and shall assemble the outcasts of Yisroel, 1 and gather together the dispersed of Yehudah 1 from the four corners of ha'aretz. 1
