Behold, the Yad Hashem is not too short, that it cannot save; 1 neither His ozen (ear) too kaved (hard, insensitive, heavy, dull) that it cannot hear; 1

In this chapter we have sin appearing exceedingly sinful, and grace appearing exceedingly gracious; and, as what is here said of the sinner's sin ( ver. 7, 8 ) is applied to the general corruption of mankind ( Rom. iii. 15 ), so what is here said of a Redeemer ( ver. 20 ) is applied to Christ, Rom. xi. 26 .
