Psalms 113

1Praise Yahweh. 1 Praise him, you servants of Yahweh; 1 praise the name of Yahweh. 1

2Blessed be the name of Yahweh, 1 both now and forevermore. 1

3From the rising of the sun to its setting, 1 Yahweh's name should be praised. 1

4Yahweh is exalted above all nations, 1 and his glory reaches above the skies. 1

5Who is like Yahweh our God, 1 who has his seat on high, 1

6who looks down 1 at the sky and at the earth? 1

7He raises up the poor out of the dirt 1 and lifts up the needy from the ash heap, 1

8so that he may seat him with princes, 1 with the princes of his people. 1

9He gives a home to the barren woman of the house, 1 he makes her a joyful mother of children. 1 Praise Yahweh!
