Psalms 121

1I will lift up my eyes to the mountains. 1 From where will my help come? 1

2My help comes from Yahweh, 1 who made heaven and earth. 1

3He will not allow your foot to slip; 1 he who protects you will not slumber. 1

4See, the guardian of Israel 1 never slumbers or sleeps. 1

5Yahweh is your guardian; 1 Yahweh is the shade at your right hand. 1

6The sun will not harm you by day, 1 nor the moon by night. 1

7Yahweh will protect you from all harm, 1 and he will protect your life. 1

8Yahweh will protect you in all you do 1 now and forevermore.
