Psalms 43

1Bring me justice, God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation. 1

2For you are the God of my strength. Why have you rejected me? 1 Why do I go about in mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? 1

3Oh, send out your light and your truth, let them lead me. 1 Let them bring me to your holy hill 1 and to your dwelling. 1

4Then I will go to the altar of God, 1 to God my exceeding joy. 1 I will praise you with the harp, God, my God. 1

5Why are you bowed down, my soul? 1 Why are you upset within me? 1 Hope in God, for again I will praise him who is my salvation and my God.
