Psalms 8
1Yahweh our Lord, how magnificent is your name in all the earth, 1 you who reveal your glory in the heavens above. 1

3When I look up at your heavens, which your fingers have made, 1 the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, 1

5Yet you have made them only a little lower than the heavenly beings 1 and have crowned them with glory and honor. 1
6You make him to rule over the works of your hands; 1 you have put all things under his feet: 1
7all sheep and oxen, 1 and even the animals of the field, 1
8the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, 1 everything that passes through the currents of the seas. 1
